A new and different kind of vandalism was perpetrated yesterday, in front of a Salinas business. The water fountain in front of a dental office was reportedly filled with bubbles….instead of the normal problems they usually have around the business…..such as graffiti, and security cameras (and cars) being stolen from their parking lot. Anyone with information about the vandals or the vandalism, is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
