Caltrans tree removal maintenance work, on Highway 17 in Santa Cruz mountains, will result in single lane closures this week. Starting this morning (Tue) the right, number two lane, of northbound Highway 17 will be closed from Jarvis Road to Sugarloaf Road, from 10 am to 2 pm. On Wednesday, Sept. 23, the right, number two lane, of southbound Highway 17 will be closed from Glenwood Drive to Jarvis Road, from 9 am to 2 pm. And, on Thursday, Sept. 24, the right, number two lane, of southbound Highway 17 will be closed from Summit Road to Alta Vista, also from 9 am to 2 pm. Electronic message signs will be activated to inform the public about this roadwork.
