Pacific Grove’s city council voted to approve pot shops in city limits. The 4 to 3 vote wasn’t surprising considering the council only recently approved the town first beer pub. The approval came as large numbers of business have closed due to the pandemic resulting in lost tax revenues for the city. Applications for dispensaries may be accepted in the coming weeks.
