The Salinas Valley Fairgrounds is now accepting RVs carrying residents from mandatory evacuation locations. Spaces are currently available for residents sheltering in their RV’s for $15 a night.
The Monterey County SPCA is also on-site taking in large and small animals belonging to evacuees who need a safe place to keep them.
