A man accused of murdering a San Jose man in June in the Santa Cruz Mountains pled not guilty on Monday. 30 year old Albaro Montalvo Amaral, of San Jose, was taken into custody by Sheriff’s detectives July 9th for his suspected involvement in the murder of 27 year old Kevin Medina-Lopez on the 17 thousand block of Laurel Road. He is also facing attempted murder charges for firing at to women that were associates of the victim
