Evacuation Orders and Warnings covering the areas of Carmel Valley, Corral de Tierra, and San Benancio are being lifted. The re-opening includes Zones 17, and 18 and the northern portion of Zone 19. The Evacuation Warnings in Zone 20 and 21 are also lifted. The southern portion of Zone 19 from the intersection of Esquiline Road at Carmel Valley Road remains under an Evacuation Order.
