Multiple shelters are available for those affected by the CZU Lightning Complex Fires.
In Santa Cruz County, the following shelters are available at time of writing:
- Santa Cruz Civic Auditorium
- Santa Cruz Bible Church (RV/Auto parking)
- ADA accommodations available at Simpkins Family Swim Center in Live Oak
- Harbor High School, offering 3 meals a day in their cafeteria as well as shelter.
- Twin Lakes Church in Soquel
- Congregational Church in Soquel; auto parking and shelter is offered.
- Cabrillo College, offering both shelter & vehicle camping.
- Coastlands Church in Aptos off State Park Drive
- Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds with tents and cot accommodations. The RV parking offered there is FULL.
For San Mateo County, the San Mateo County Event Center remains open while Half Moon Bay High School is at capacity.
