The Monterey County District Attorney’s Office, and some family members of a man who was convicted of murdering 4 family members in Seaside back in 1977, are filing an appeal. That’s because, for the 2nd this year, members of the California Department Of Corrections And Rehabilitation have granted parole to Harold Bicknell. The same board found him suitable for parole in February, however Governor Gavin Newsom reversed that release.
