The 4 men accused of murdering Pleasure Point resident Tushar Atre were in a Santa Cruz County courtroom on Friday. Stephen Lindsay and Kurtis Charters, former employees of Atre, entered “not guilty” pleas to charges that included murder, kidnapping, robbery and burglary. The other two defendants, Joshua Camps and Kaleb Charters had their arraignments continued. All 4 men are due back in court on August 14th.
