the Capitola-Soquel Chamber of Commerce board of directors and festival organizers have made the decision to cancel the 38th annual Capitola Art & Wine Festival. The event had been scheduled for September 12th & 13th in the Capitola Village. The decision was made due to health and safety issues concerning COVID-19.
