In a press conference, California Governor Gavin Newsom ordered a statewide rollback for reopening certain business sectors:
- Bars, both indoor and outdoor: Closed
- Restaurants: Indoor Dining Closed
All California Counties must close indoor service for wineries, zoos, museums, card rooms, and movie theaters.
Additional services such as personal care, gyms, hair salons, and non-critical offices could also be next to shut down for counties that are on the State’s watch list.
At this time, 31 counties, or 80-percent of the California population are on the governors state monitoring list.
