2 Monterey County brothers have been arrested in connection with manufacturing guns, and being in possession of thousands of rounds of ammunition, and a number of guns that were stolen from Salinas. The firearms involved ranged from pistols to fully-automatic rifles. 44 year-old James from Salinas, and 55 year-old Prunedale resident Robert Lauderdale, were booked into Monterey County Jail.
