To our Community, Volunteers, Exhibitors, and Sponsors
After careful consideration of the many limitations presented by the COVID-19 global pandemic and a thorough review of alternative options the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds Board of Directors must announce the cancellation of our Traditional Fair that was planned for September 16 – 20, 2020.
These are extremely difficult times for community facilities like our fairgrounds and we hope you’ll stay connected as we look forward to 2021.
Our fairgrounds remain very committed to our junior livestock exhibitors and will provide marketing for their animals through a virtual online auction. We expect approximately 95 animals to be available for purchase and custom meat pack out through a buyer’s choice of processor.
Please continue to support our junior livestock participants!
We will continue to explore a virtual exhibit experience for our many competitors who really enjoy exhibiting their crafts annually at the fair.
