The owner of the Tuck Box was ordered to pay the fine for violating the shelter in place order, by opening for dine in service early. The final judgment initially requires the business to pay 15 thousand dollars in civil penalties. To ensure future compliance with the emergency health orders, the remaining 20 thousand dollars becomes payable if The Tuck Box or its employees violate the terms of the agreement.
