A Shelter-In-Place order remains in effect in the downtown area of the San Luis Obispo county city of Paso Robles, and the search continues for a man who shot a San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Deputy there this morning. The suspect reportedly fired a number of rounds at the Paso Robles Police Department around 3:15 a.m., before shooting the deputy sometime before 4 a.m. Some shots were also fired in (or near) City Park. Spring Street was blocked-off between 10th and 13th streets. The deputy was hospitalized in Serious, but Stable, condition.
