Santa Cruz police are on the look out for a hammer wielding vandal who went on a rampage breaking windows Wednesday nite downtown… during a mostly peaceful protest.
Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the vandal. His clear image was captured on security cam video. He is seen wearing round glasses, a large black mask and a black cap and hoodie.
Anyone with information on the masked vandal is asked to please call the Santa Cruz p-d.
