The four men arrested in the Tushar Atre kidnapping and murder case chose to continue their arraignment in court Tuesday.
All four of the are charged with murder, robbery, kidnapping and burglary with several enhancements. One of the four had a weapons enhancement added to his charges because prosecutors allege that he personally used a rifle to kill Atre.
The arraignment is scheduled to continue June 26th.
