The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s office is reporting the death of an inmate at the county jail. On Sunday at about 6 p-m, 21 year old Tamario Smith was found unresponsive in a single occupancy jail cell. No foul play is suspected. An autopsy will be conducted to determine cause of death.
