San Benito County Phase Two Starts 05.10.2020 1030 JAS

On Friday, San Benito County announced moving into Phase two of the Roadmap to post-pandemic recovery.

This means that Curbside retail such as bookstores, jewelry, toy, clothing, shoe, home, furnishing, sporting goods, antique, music, and floral stores will allowed to be open for business.

Stores that are allowed to open must adapt to curbside pickup options for customers to receive products from them.

Some sectors are slated for being allowed at a later time during this phase. Those businesses that will be allowed at a later time include outdoor museums, schools, dine-in restaurants (excluding bars), offices, car washes, pet grooming, and shopping malls.

Residents and business owners within that county are encouraged to contact the San Benito County Health Department for more information.
