With more people working, the Y.M.C.A. Of Monterey County is providing childcare (as are some other facilities)…..and it’s not just for the kids of first responders and healthcare workers. In Monterey county a number of childcare facilities are open. People with young children, who normally have their kids in childcare there during the day, are encouraged to contact their regular facility, to find out if they are open, and how they are providing care during Monterey County’s Shelter-In-Place.
