A body found in rural Santa Cruz County is identified as a 36-year-old missing man wanted on a felony warrant.
The death of Douglas Murdock is being ruled a homicide. The cause of death is not determined… altho a screwdriver was found near the body last Saturday in a wooded area off Glen Canyon road in unincorporated Santa Cruz County.
Murdoch attended Aptos high school and has an extensive criminal history. Anyone with information on Murdoch is asked to contact the Santa Cruz police department.
