Based on circumstantial evidence, the driver of a vehicle that was seen in a video, going off a cliff near Gray Whale Cove in San Mateo county back in December, is believed to have been identified. The Lexus S-U-V in the video is identical to the one that belonged to San Francisco resident Tracey Ivori Sinclair, who’s remains were recently found on Montara Beach.
