Some local Cannabis growers are hoping for assistance from local lawmakers. The owners of the farms can’t apply for Federal relief funds, because Cannabis is still outlawed by the Federal government. Said owners are asking for some tax relief from their quarterly Cultivation Tax, that is currently due the end of this month….so they can deal with their reported decline in sales to retailers and dispensaries.
