Central Coast nurses are protesting the lack of personal protective equipment at their hospitals.
Yesterday, for the second time in a few weeks, nurses at Watsonville community hospital spoke up about the lack of p-p-e at the hospital. In addition… six to eight staff members at W-C -H were recently laid off.
Officials at the hospital say the lay-offs are necessary because of the lack of patients for elective surgeries due to the corona virus.
