The Santa Cruz City Council is meeting Tuesday with an agenda that would normally fill the entire chamber.
Instead, constituents of the city will have to watch the meeting online or through their cable TV provider.
On the agenda is the farewell speeches of two former councilmen that were recalled. During this meeting, the two are slated to be replaced by Katherine Beiers and Renee Golder who will be sworn in thereafter.
A teleconference option will facilitate public comment for this meeting, and the call-in number can be found on the March 7 City Council Agenda packet.
