In an effort to support their community as it fights coronavirus, Norma’s Family Restaurant in Salinas is offering meals for 50-percent off the regular price for curbside or takeout orders. The emergency relief menu features some of their popular items such as chilaquiles, eggs benedict, burger deluxe, California burger, Spanish chicken, chicken fettuccini and drinks.
Norma’s is also offering half-off meal prep kits for $5.99 that are intended to be cooked at home. The meals will keep for seven days if refrigerated.
Meals include:
- Lemon chicken meal with red potatoes and asparagus
- Salmon meal with white rice and asparagus
- Tilapia meal with quinoa and asparagus
- Protein chicken pasta meal with asparagus and diced grilled chicken
- Ground turkey meal with sweet potato and asparagus
- Shepherd’s pie meal sautéed in marinara sauce and served with asparagus
