In response to the Santa Cruz County “Shelter In Place” order, Bay Federal Credit Union has temporarily closed it’s Scotts Valley and Aptos branches. They are also temporarily ending their Saturday hours for all locations. The branches were closed to help with both social distancing and to manage employee absenteeism (that is due to school closures).
The remaining staff members from Aptos And Scotts Valley will be relocated to support other branch locations. ATM locations at all locations will remain available.
Bay Federal Credit Union is also offering a number of financial assistance programs for members who are “burdened” by the Covid-19 process….including skipping or deferring a loan payment, applying for an emergency loan, and more.
