The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office will tonight begin cracking down on bars that remain open during the shelter-in-place emergency.
This is St Patrick’s Day, normally a very raucous day for Santa Cruz Bars.
KSBW reports that normally the “Brit” in Capitola goes all out for St Patty’s, but now they’re limited to curbside orders and deliveries for their corn beef and hash.
Deputies will also be checking on restaurants to ensure they are conducting curbside meals and/or deliveries.
