Due to the growing concerns of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) will close its office, at the metro center in downtown Santa Cruz, to public foot traffic until further notice. The RTC has adapted the format of two of its upcoming meetings to be teleconferences. This is due to an executive order issued by the governor.
