As of last check at 8am the Dow Jones industrial average was down over 500 points.
Several Silicon Valley companies are taking a hit because of fears due to the Corona virus. Yesterday the Dow fell over 900 points.
Apple shares fell by 3.2 percent, Tesla and Intel down by 3.3 percent, a-m-d declined 4-percent while Cisco lost 4.4 percent.
Yesterday governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency in our state because of the coronavirus.
