Although Super Tuesday is coming up next week, people are allowed to Vote Early statewide. People can also mail their vote-by-mail ballots in….however, people need to be aware that once they vote, they cannot change their vote….so voting early (when people are still likely to drop out of a race) might not be the best idea for everyone. South Carolina’s Primary is coming up this Saturday.
