A Salinas woman has pleaded guilty to committing Felony Welfare Fraud. 35 year-old Erica Posadas was apparently working during the whole time she received Cal-Works and Cal-Fresh benefits (to the tune of more than $11,000). All of that while telling the government that she was unemployed. Posadas is scheduled to be sentenced April 23rd.
