Last April, Pacific Grove passed Measure X which allows for a hotel to be built at the American Tin Cannery property. That deal fell apart but last June new developers took over the job which is now back on track.
The current plan is to build a 225 room hotel that would have a restaurant, multiple bars, meeting spaces and an underground garage with 260 parking spaces.
Plans call for a draft environmental impact to be available for the public to view in May or June and the project could get city approval by the end of the year.
