An argument between roommates in Santa Cruz led to attempted muder charges for one man. On Sunday police responded to the 200 block of Gault Street to reports of a knife attack. At the scene officers found a victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. Also at the scene was the assailant, Andrew Foster, who was taken into custody on attempted murger charges. The victim was transported to a trauma center.
