A 6 year old girl was attacked by a mountain lion at Rancho San Antonio Park.
The attack happened Sunday morning shortly before 10 AM.
Wildlife officials state that the girl was with her friends and family on a walk through the preserve when the mountain lion suddenly appeared and grabbed her leg.
Her injuries are minor thanks to a man who fought back against the rogue feline.
This is the second mountain lion related incident at Rancho San Antionio Park.
Park officials are continuing to monitor mountain lion behavior within the preserve which remains closed at this time.
