The victim of last Thursday’s fatal shooting in Salinas has been identified. 19 year old Fabian Moreno was shot to death in a car near Central Park. Moreno is described as a talented up and coming rapper in Salinas’ music scene. The fatal shooting was the city’s first homicide of the year.
