With the Presidential Primary coming up in just a month, nearly 150-thousand Mail-In Ballots have been sent out to registered voters in Monterey county. For those people who are still registered No Party Preference, these ballots will NOT include the presidential contest, and so those voters who want to vote in this Presidential Primary, will need to contact the Monterey County Elections Department to request a party-specific ballot.
