On Sunday morning, the Capitola Village Produce Market was struck by a vehicle that lost control.
Marquis Booth, patrol sergeant for Capitola Police told KSCO that the male driver of the vehicle that crashed was having an instance of road rage in attempting to pass a vehicle on Bay Avenue.
With recent rainfall making roads slick, the driver lost control and struck the produce stand.
