A man suspected of a hit and run incident on Stone Street in Salinas has been arrested.
Salinas Police arrested Jose Garcia, 63-years-old. He is charged with hit and run resulting in injury, probation violation, and driving without a license.
Garcia was booked into Monterey County Jail.
