The Santa Cruz Positive Parenting Program is celebrating a decade of offering free parental education to area families. Organized through the state’s ”First Five” early childhood project, the program offers multiple training opportunities for those seeking a better relationship with children.
Nicole Young of First Five – which is focused on infancy to age 5 – said most classes are free to parents and other caregivers.
