This weekend’s king tides are understandably causing high surf advisories around the central coast. As beachgoers flock to the coast to see the big waves and high king tides… remember never turn your back on the ocean!
In Santa Cruz… the high surf advisory begins tomorrow morning at 9a until Sunday at 3pm.
Today there is a high surf advisory for the Northern Monterey Bay, southern Monterey bay and the Big Sur Coast and the San Francisco Peninsula coast. The high surf is expected to peek until Sunday at 3-pm.
