In Santa Cruz County, unemployment has dropped according to a report released by the Employment Development Department.
Last year in November, unemployment was reportedly at 4.1%.
One year later, the unemployment rate reached 3.9%.
Santa Cruz County lost the most jobs available in the leisure and hospitality sectors, while professional and business service sectors increased the amount of available jobs.
