In state news… investigators are on the scene of a double shooting in Davis last night.
Davis police responded to a domestic disturbance call and discovered a dead woman lying on the floor inside the home while her son tried to prevent officers from entering.
Police struggled with the man and he was shot and killed by police… an officer was injured in the struggle. It’s believed the woman’s son shot his mother. Neighbors say the man often displayed disturbing behavior… like running through the neighborhood screaming in the middle of the night.
