The Santa Cruz Harbor is announcing that the new seawall has been completed. The harbor also announced that it has awarded a new longtime lease to Aldo’s Restaurant. The lease agreement allows the business to rebuild in its original location after it obtains the proper permits. The process could take up to 4 years.
