Chualar schools bracing for next storm 12-06-19 03:26 DC

As the Central Coast braces for more storms, some parents say school officials failed to adequately communicate details of Wednesday’s flooding at Chualar Union High School.

School officials said they put out multiple advisories and attempted to contact all the parents whose children were affected by the flooding. The school says it is working with Monterey County and Red Cross officials to improve its emergency response during future incidents.
