On a 4-to-3 vote, the Santa Cruz city council today (Tuesday) placed the recall of two of its members on the March 3 ballot.
Councilmember Drew Glover, who is one of the two councilmembers facing the recall, urged the council to vote against placing the measure on the ballot. He said the County Clerk should choose the date for the election.
Councilmember Christopher Krohn is also facing recall.
Councilmembers Krohn, Cummings and Sandy Brown cast the three votes against the March 3rd date.
