An At-Risk missing San Luis Obispo County man is thought to be in either Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Kern, or Kings counties. 25 year-old Jeremiah Alexander Starr, who has a medical condition that puts him at-risk, is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes and may be disoriented. He was driving a red 2010 Ford F-250 when he was last seen November 5th. The truck has a lifted suspension, and Arizona plates. Starr last spoke with his family on November 7th. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office.
