Members of the Santa Cruz City Council plan to consider setting a new policy when they meet this afternoon. At issue is the enforcement of illegal “Magic Mushrooms”. Some city council members want to decriminalize Psychoactive Plants and Fungi for personal adult use and clinical research. The issue is the last on the agenda for today’s 1 p.m. meeting.
