Sunday night’s fatal accident out on Highway 198 left a 35 year-old woman dead, and several other people injured. Nazaria Rivera Garcia was declared dead at the scene, and the injured people were transported to local trauma centers after 39 year-old Kyle Griffith, from Simi Valley, tried to pass a vehicle illegally (while driving east of Pine Valley), and his vehicle hit another one head-on. The 42 year-old King City driver (of the vehicle that was hit), suffered major injuries, and his passenger, Garcia, suffered fatal injuries.
