The Halloween haunt at Great America amusement park turned very scary Saturday night when there were reports of shots fired.
Instead, it turned out to be a strong arm robbery inside the park that started the scare. A group of “disruptive teens” were escorted out of great america but police did not arrest a suspect in the robbery.
Great america immediately took to twitter and said reports of a shooting are unsubstantiated and there is not an active shooter. Santa clara police also reported that no shots were fired. The park then returned to normal shortly after.
